Named after a sweet rice dish primarily served on special occasions, Deysil is our all-day dining area located on the lobby level. Share not only authentic Tibetan dishes using local spices, but a range of international cuisines.
Though we offer a diverse menu, our goal is to introduce and treat your palette to subtle flavors from the Himalayan region.

Yeti Bar & Terrace
Located on the fifth floor, the Yeti Bar and Terrace is a place to escape the chaos of Kathmandu. Take the fun out in the open as you switch up the juices for cocktails as day progresses into night, and grab a bite as you enjoy the views.

Blue Bear Cafe
Sip on a warm cup of coffee as you enjoy fast and free WiFi at our Blue Bear cafe. Our cafe provides both locally-roasted coffee beans and Italian-roasted Illy coffee, along with fresh salads, smoothie bowls, and an assortment of freshly-baked breads and sweet treats from our bakery.

Fun fact: Though you may think the name of the cafe is irrelevant to the Tibetan theme of the hotel, it is actually related! The (Tibetan) Blue Bear is a subspecies of the Himalyan Brown Bear native to the plateaus of Eastern Tibet and is known to be one of the rarest subspecies of bears in the world!
